The recruiter told me "They are well funded!", "They are great for the environment!", "They treat their employees like family!". I was so excited about it when I started. I cannot say a single good thing about this company. I don’t mind over time but the expectation that this company should be your pride in life is disgusting at this point. They don’t care and will continue to ping you until they get an answer or call your cell phone! -The most I’ve ever heard someone get praised is when they worked over the weekend consistently or canceled their vacation to help the company. People don’t respect if you have a sick, vacation, busy, etc status on in slack or in emails. In the 10 days I’ve taken PTO days that were scheduled in advance, in the last 6 months, I’ve literally worked at least a few hours except one day. They don’t help their team, they just put all the blame on them but there is no guidance or leadership here.

Instead of fixing issues, they point fingers and cause more chaos. You can clearly tell they’re talking bad about others that were just on the call. Management in office is so childish and they act like they’re in High School. A jail cell probably gets more lighting than this building.
